RumChata Pudding Shots

First let me just say I'm not a fan of regular shots. Too much hits my stomach and it's coming right back up. Not good and really not good to watch. So when my friend Amanda brought these RumChata pudding shots to a party I was instantly intrigued. First because they look so darn tasty and second because she told me they tasted like Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Sold! They're a fantastically yummy combo of vanilla and cinnamon and pack a punch when you least expect it (trust me on this part).

RumChata Pudding Shots

3/4 c RumChata
3/4 c milk (I used low fat milk)
1 large box of vanilla instant pudding mix (it's the 5.1 oz box)
1 container of Cool Whip (here I used the lite Cool Whip)

Mix the first three ingredients together in a large bowl then gently fold in the Cool Whip. Mix well and spoon into individual cups. Or just keep it in the large bowl and eat it straight from there like a certain husband of mine likes to do.

That's it guys. So easy and so delicious. This is a great amount for a party but if you're just making it for yourself, I'd half the ingredients. I also won't judge you because we made these just to hang out at home last Friday night.

Oooh also, make sure you store it in a different container on a high shelf in the fridge or your toddler will try and get it. Then he'll throw a major temper tantrum when he can't. Then he'll start saying "You can't tell me NO!". Just trust me and put it on a high shelf, ok?

Cheers!
